At Weblyfe, we built PrivaNotify end to end, a platform that helps people deliver difficult, true messages anonymously and with empathy. Our approach focused on trust and restraint, giving a sensitive product a calm, credible identity from initial concept through to a full rebrand.

PrivaNotify solves an uncomfortable problem: how do you tell a colleague, employee, or friend something true and difficult, a hygiene issue, a conduct concern, a substance problem, without the confrontation getting in the way of the message landing. Weblyfe built the brand and product experience end to end, from the original concept through to a full rebrand.
The platform, originally launched as FreshNotify before we repositioned it as PrivaNotify, needed to feel safe and serious rather than gimmicky. We designed around a calm, private tone, muted colors, clear reassurance copy, and a straightforward flow: write the message, let it get reframed with empathy, and send it anonymously.
Positioning was deliberately narrow. PrivaNotify sits alongside a company's formal whistleblower channel as a low-threshold first step, not a replacement for it, which shaped both the copy and the tiered pricing structure we designed around a single anonymous message versus ongoing guidance.
We continue to support PrivaNotify post-launch, with an AI-assisted workflow that lets the team ship copy and design updates to the live site quickly as the product evolves.
