Beauty salons and skin clinics get questions from their website every evening, exactly when nobody on the team has time. Most of those visitors never come back. Beauty Specialist fixes that: a salon's own website now gives real advice, in the salon's own voice, and turns it into bookings.

Three parts that work together

• A beauty specialist with its own name, photo and tone, who knows the salon's treatments.
• An advice funnel: a short skin scan that ends in a personal recommendation and a booking button.
• A client portal where every request and conversation lands, and where the salon tunes its specialist.

Five salons and clinics already run their own specialist, together handling more than 500 conversations with visitors.
